Dr. Piper was raised in Lexington, Ohio. He graduated from Lexington High School in 1998. Next, he attended Alma College where he received a B.S. in biochemistry in 2002. In 2006, Dr. Piper received his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. During his time at Ohio State, he was involved in the school's Student Volunteers for Optometric Service to Humanity (SVOSH) chapter. With SVOSH, he served on mission trips to the Dominican Republic and to Nicaragua.
At Morrow Vision Center, Dr. Piper strives to continue the tradition of excellence in comprehensive medical eye care and ophthalmic prescribing. He enjoys managing patients with diabetes, macular degeneration, cataracts, and glaucoma. He also manages patients taking high-risk medications, such as plaquenil and tamoxifen, that can damage the eye.
Dr. Piper is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association. Also, he is a member of the Morrow County Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Piper enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife and daughter. He is now accepting new patients.
